How ecopack sustainable packaging impact custom product packaging boxes?

The problem with custom product packaging boxes is that it is not consumed. When the item is purchased, consumers will remove the product packaging boxes and use or consume the item. The product packaging is discarded and this has been a crucial environmental pollution issue for some time. This can be benefit to businesses as consumers want less packaging discarded, companies can provide the same level of protection with less packaging boxes and therefore save money for the company. The European Union has issued directives on reducing packaging by twenty-five percent compared with 1995.
As well as the EU, individual countries have also enacted legislation to reduce product packaging boxes waste. In the United Kingdom, the government passed a bill in 1997 which was called the Landfill Tax which made the disposal of waste far more expensive, this bill aim to encourage the recycling of custom packaging boxes materials . In Germany the laws are more severe where the industry is responsible to manage custom printed packaging waste, including the cost of collecting, sorting and recycling packaging material after use.
